PENGIRIMAN:

GOSEND DAN GRAB AKAN DIPROSES PICKUP SETELAH BUKA TOKO JAM 11

Toko kami buka Jam 11.00, jadi semua order gosend / grab diproses setelah jam buka toko!

Sedangkan semua JNE dan JNT akan di proses pengambilan sore hari jam 5-6 sore.

  • Untuk stock, harap di cek stok terlebih dahulu, karena stok berubah setiap hari dan tidak tersedia banyak di toko, Apabila tidak ada konfirmasi dan stok tidak ada, terpaksa dibatalkan, terima kasih

  • Untuk order qty banyak, harap kontak kami via pesan, agar dapat diberikan link toko pusat yang bisa menerima order qty banyak.

Batas waktu klik PICKUP GoSend di BL adalah jam 15.00, jadi sebaiknya order dilakukan jauh sebelum jami itu, karena kami harus mencari, test, bikin invoice, membungkus bubble yang memerlukan waktu.

Pengiriman GoSend SameDay di BL, menggunakan cara murah, jadi 1 driver bisa mengambil 6 atau lebih paket pengiriman, baru dikirim sekaligus, cara ini memakan waktu cukup lama, jadi disarankan alamat kirim menggunakan alamat rumah (bisa terima sampai jam 9 malam), jangan menggunakan alamat kantor yang terbatas jam terima nya), Ada kemungkinan apabila ada masalah, GOJEK bisa membatalkan penjemputan, hingga harus diproses pickup kembali keesokan harinya

GoSend Sameday sebaiknya untuk order sebelum jam 1 (klik PICKUP), lewat dari jam 1, kami tidak jamin akan dipickup hari itu juga, kemungkinan besok harinya. karena sistem gosend yang sering ganti2 driver (banyak di tolak)

Apabila anda membutuhkan barang cepat, bisa menggunakan GOSEND INSTANT (lebih mahal biaya nya dihitung per KM).

Segala keterlambatan GOSEND diluar tanggung jawab kami.

Untuk pemesanan DROPSHIP, harap cantumkan nama pengirim/hp di catatan order.

JNE:

  • Pengiriman JNE dilakukan setiap hari setelah tutup toko offline jam 8-9 malam, tergantung banyak nya pengiriman yg diproses

resi akan di input keesokan hari nya. (Buka Lapak memberikan kami 2 hari untuk pengiriman)

  • Untuk pengiriman malam kami lakukan apabila JNE masih buka atau sepi pengirim.

  • Apabila JNE di mall kami tutup atau ramai sekali, akan kami kirim keesokan hari nya.

  • (Kami tidak dapat mengirim JNE khusus satu persatu karena penjaga toko cuma 1 orang di toko)

  • Pengiriman barang melalui Sicepat/JNE/Tiki/Wahana, TIDAK DAPAT DIRUBAH menjadi Gojek, kami mengirim berdasarkan prosedur BukaLapak (Buka Lapak tidak mengijinkan perubahan itu)

GARANSI:

  • Garansi berlaku dari tanggal pembelian / tanggal pada resi pengiriman barang.

  • Kondisi fisik produk masih mulus atau tidak ada baret atau cacat fisik akibat pemakaian.

  • Kerusakan bukan disebabkan kesalahan manusia (human error) seperti: terjatuh, terkena air, tercebur di air dan tersiram air.

  • Proses garansi dilakukan dengan pengantian produk yg sama, tidak dapat diuangkan.

  • Pengantian hanya untuk type yang sama selama persediaan produk masih ada.

  • Bila type tersebut tidak ada setelah 1 minggu barang sampai di kami, maka penggantian dilakukan dengan pengembalikan uang dikurangin ongkir saat pembelian atau diganti dengan barang lain (yang akan kami konfirmasikan terlebih dahulu)

  • Untuk semua proses klaim garansi ongkir di tanggung buyer (kami hanya membantu garansi saja bukan membantu ongkir kembali ke tujuan)

Pengiriman EXPRESS SHIPMENT hanya untuk jasa JNE, sedangkan TIKI dan WAHANA cuma bisa dikirim pada saat counter TIKI dan WAHANA buka di tempat kami.

Untuk order lebih dari 1 macam barang, akan dikirim apabila barang sudah dikonsolidasi (dikumpulkan) terlebih dahulu, jadi memerlukan waktu 1-2 hari. Apabila anda membutuhkan cepat (EXPRESS SHIPMENT) harap gunakan 1 invoice 1 macam barang saja.

Ketentuan: Harap chat dengan sopan, tidak perlu marah-marah

(Apabila tidak sopan, akan kami abaikan dan tidak akan kami tanggapi, penyelesaian via BL)

RESTOCKING FEE:

Apabila ada kesalahan pembelian oleh customer (Model, Type, Size, Warna) dan barang dapat dikembalikan (Dengan Persetujuan Penjual,) maka ada biaya RESTOCKING FEE senilai 20% atau minimum Rp. 20.000.

PROSEDUR GARANSI:

  • Mohon di messagekan ke kami:

  • No Invoice barang yg di retur

  • Nama anda (yg tercantum di Invoice)

  • Nama barang yg rusak

  • Alasan retur

  • Kami akan berikan alamat retur

  • Ongkir PP ditanggung pembeli

  • Masukan uang ongkir kirim balik ke Jakarta + alamat kirim balik didalam box dengan format (Nama penerima, No HP penerima & Alamat lengkap)

  • Packing yang rapi dan kokoh, jangan sampai barang rusak dijalan

  • Returan akan di proses setelah barang kami terima

  • Pengembalian barang harap menggunakan ekspedisi JNE, kami tidak akan menerima pengiriman memakai gojek yang biayanya dibebankan kepada kami.

  • Barang rusak berlaku untuk 1x penggantian saja.

  • Produk yang rusak harus lengkap dengan assesories dan dus Retail Packing yang kami kirimkan, karena ada segel distributor yang tertempel disana (WAJIB ADA), apabila tidak ada dus, mohon maaf prosedur garansi tidak dapat di proses.
